You must be given a physical exam to determine your tentative medical qualifications for entrance into the Massachusetts Air National Guard. The physical is administered at the Boston Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), similar to a sport physical and will take approximately four hours to accomplish.

You will attend a job briefing based on your physical and mental qualifications of your choice. You will meet your potential supervisor for an explanation of the job description and duties. It is the perfect opportunity to “picture” yourself doing the job and working in the environment.

Accomplish final documents with your Recruiter
Participate in the Oath of Enlistment insuring your membership in the Air National Guard
A Representative will escort you to the following areas:
Retention Office Manager: to verify and finalize bonus eligibility
Education and Training: to answer all of your Basic Training/Technical School date questions.
Finance: to establish pay records. You will need your checking account and routing numbers.
Customer Service: to assist in accomplishing benefit forms. Please ensure you have all copies of marriage, divorce and birth certificates available.
Your commitment to the Massachusetts Air National Guard will be effective the day of your enlistment. We highly encourage you to bring your significant other, friends and or parents during any of your processing.
